At Future Book Centre, Pune, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect (wrong book or item)
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Books can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
The book must be in its original condition, unused, and with no signs of damage.
Shipping of book is totally customer responsibility. ( they can send book via any mode eg. Indian post, speed post, private courier, etc )
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective book).
To initiate a return, please contact us at futurebookspune@gmail.com with your order details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the book is found to be damaged or used, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Discounted or clearance books are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged books.
To request an exchange, contact us at futurebookspune@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the book.
